By making a purchase customers accept the following rules!
1. Shop
Planetart online shop is run by Planetart Karolina Zarzycka-Zimny company, located in Czestochowa, Poland ul. Kiepury 17, entry in the Regulated Activity Register no. 81897, VAT EU Number PL5732680528, ID 240550654.
The subject of mail-order sales constitutes the products offered in the shop at the time when an order is placed. The shop's offer remains valid while stock lasts. Special orders may be fulfilled only on individual customer's requests, neither they constitute the sales offer nor the subject of sales within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2. Shipment
All orders are delivered through:
- Polish Post- not available at the moment
- DPD currier company
- personal collection at the company's seat (ul. Kiepury 17, 42-221 Czestochowa, open Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
- We do not dispatch goods on the COD basis. All orders are dispatched after the payment has been cleared by the company's bank account.
We ship our products to all EU countries.
NOTE! We do not ship Art Clay Silver products to Russia and UK

3. Payment
The following means of payment are available:

4. Prices and orders
All prices of products are gross prices (VAT is included).
* 0% rate is applied if you are an EU VAT owner
A receipt or a VAT invoice is attached to each order.
We reserve the right to change or update prices.
In case of a price change, the customer pays the price which was given on the day the order was placed, i.e. the price does not change.
The majority of orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the payment has been cleared by the company's bank account. If it is not possible to dispatch the order in the aforementioned term, the customer will be contacted.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil an order which may raise our doubts. The orders which do not contain accurate contact information are not fulfilled.
5. Complaints and returns.
All the goods purchased at our shop come with a manufacturer's warranty and are replaced if:
- A product has technical faults.
- A product has been damaged mechanically during shipment. All complaints about mechanical damage done in transport are investigated only on the basis of a complaint written together with a courier.
- We are not liable for the delivery time of parcels sent through Polish Post. All complaints with regard to a missing parcel are made 14 days after the date of dispatch and they are investigated within 30 days in accordance with Polish Post's rules.
- Please attach the proof of purchase along with the description giving reasons of the complaint to the returned product.
- Every customer has the right to return the products they ordered in original condition within 10 days of receipt, in accordance with the Law of 2 March 2000 on consumer rights protection and liability, Journal of Law No. 22, item 271. In case of a product return, the customer must contact the shop staff. The products are returned at the customer's own expense only. It is necessary for returned products to be delivered to the shop along with the copies of the proof of purchase and the document confirming the date of the product's receipt. Under article 7, point 1 of the aforementioned Law, a returned product is accepted under the condition that a written declaration is attached to the product. After the product's receipt, the amount due is returned to the customer's bank account via bank transfer within 7 days. The products dispatched on the COD basis are not accepted.
A returned product cannot show any signs of being used or copied and it cannot be returned incomplete. A product, which manufacturers protect against being opened, cannot be returned if its packaging (e.g. plastic wrap) or safety seal has been removed.
6. Privacy policy.
The shop collects only such amount of information on customers which is necessary to conduct the sales of goods, including personal information, address, email address and phone number, among other things. The information is not disclosed to any third parties and is used only in order to fulfil customers' orders and keep them informed about our products and promotions.
